By using SayTabu, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Hizmet Tanımı

SayTabu is a social platform where users can share their thoughts anonymously or semi-anonymously. The platform aims to provide a safe discussion environment for taboo topics.

3. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri

By using the platform, you agree that:

• You provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your account security
• You will comply with platform rules

4. Yasak İçerikler

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content
• Child abuse content or encouragement
• Hate speech and discrimination
• Violence incitement
• Personal information disclosure (doxxing)
• Spam and advertising
• Harassment and bullying
• Copyright violations

5. Moderasyon

Platform management reserves the right to remove content that violates rules and to suspend or close accounts. Decisions can be appealed, but the final decision belongs to platform management.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

You retain intellectual property rights to the content you share. However, by sharing on the platform, you grant us a license to display your content on the platform.

7. Sorumluluk Reddi

The platform is provided "as is". The platform is not responsible for user content. Other users' posts do not reflect platform views.

8. Hesap Sonlandırma

You can close your account at any time. The platform may also close accounts that violate rules without prior notice.

9. Değişiklikler

These terms may be changed without prior notice. Important changes will be notified by email.

10. Uygulanacak Hukuk

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction in disputes.
